Meeting plans

After the success of our past Case Presentation Sessions, we are again including in our program a dedicated session for interesting and educational case presentations within the realm of pediatric, adolescent and young adult urologic oncology. We are trialing a new format this year and will invite cases specifically related to: "Predisposition Syndromes in Urologic Oncology." We are planning to accept 4 submissions for 10 minute presentations, with an award for the best case presentation. These case presentations will be prerecorded and followed with 5 min of live Q&A with the presenters after each case presentation.

Instructions on submiting a case for consideration

If you are interested in submitting a case, please submit it via email to Nick Cost no later than 10 pm Eastern on Sunday September 28th, 2020.

The submissions are to be sent as follows: 500 words or less describing the case with 5 or fewer images (Submit all as one Word Document with the images embedded into the Word Document or alternatively as a PowerPoint with 10 or less slides). Please also include a 2 sentence reason why the case should be presented in this session. We will alert those submissions selected for presentation by mid-October so that the presenters can make plans to prepare their recording for the PUOWG meeting if accepted.
